JENNIFER DONNA (TOONE) ASH, joined her loving Heavenly Father on September 2, 2022. Beloved Daughter of Donna and Seth Toone, and daughter-in-law to Ross and Peggy Ash. She was married to Aaron and mother to Madison (Raquel), Miranda (Zander), Carlee, and Adam. She was grandmother to Wesely and Quinn. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews who all love her dearly.
Jennifer was born October 5, 1974, in Claresholm, Alberta, where she grew up on the family farm along with her siblings, Jason (Yoli), Dawn (Chad), and Brad (Annie).
She attended Brownies and Girl Guides in her youth and received her All Around Cord. Jen did all her schooling in Claresholm, where she enjoyed her time as a cheerleader.
Jen met Aaron when they were both still in high school at a dance in Claresholm. When introduced by a mutual friend he fell in love at first sight. Though, it took her a few more meetings to realize he was the one she loved. They were married in the Cardston Temple August 20th, 1994 and started their family shortly after.
After they moved to Cardston she worked as an EA at the high school for many years. She enjoyed spending her lunches chatting with her work friends. She loved reading too much to read one book at a time and could always be found with a pile she was working through. She loved going on adventures, spending time waterskiing at Kootenay lake, playing cards, and singing along to music while she cleaned. There was nothing Jen loved more than spending time with her family.
Jen was a strong and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in many callings, including working in the Primary Presidency, Young Women's Presidency and as a Relief Society teacher. Her testimony was a strength and blessing to many, including her children. She had a generous heart and often volunteered her time to help serve others.
The Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Cardston Alberta West Stake Centre, (846 -1 Ave West), Cardston, AB. on Friday, September 9th at 2:00 p.m. Friends may meet the family from 12:30 - 1:45 pm prior to the service. Interment to follow in the Cardston Cemetery.
