
Terry Birch
1957-2021
It is with great sadness that the family of Terry Glenn Birch announces his passing. He was the beloved husband of Debbie (Dewsbery) Birch. He passed away peacefully at home on Monday, March 1, 2021 at the age of 63 years.
Besides Debbie, his loving wife of 42 years, Terry leaves behind 4 sons, Brad (Janae ) Birch of Airdrie, Terry Dale Birch of Calgary, Jeff (Natalia) Birch of Lethbridge, Kaden Birch of Cardston, and his daughters, Tara (Jeremy) Jensen of Taber, and Leslie Birch of Lethbridge. 13 grandchildren, Kamryn , Blakely, Brylee, Parker, Brigham, and Dalyn Birch. Ashton and Shaelyn Jensen. Mason Sparkes. Lucy, Oliver, Phoenix and Havi Birch. He also leaves behind his mother, Christina Birch of Taber, his brothers, Tom(Judy) Birch of Grande Prairie, Tracey (Linda) Birch of Red Deer and sister Susan (Joe) Geisner of Windsor, CA, as well as his furry pal Bro.
He was predeceased by his father, Leith Earl Birch and grandson Evan Jensen.
Terry was born and raised in Taber, Alberta on April 30, 1957. He attended Ricks college where he met his eternal companion, Debbie and they were married on October 7th, 1978. He worked overseas in the oilfield which allowed them to raise their children in various locations. In his most recent years he spent much of his time long-haul truck driving in the United States.
Terry adored his family and a had special love for his grandchildren. He sacrificed so greatly to ensure his family’s needs were always met. He had a huge heart and always found a way to help those in need. He had a passion for boating, motor biking, snowmobiling and a deep love for reading his scriptures.
He will be forever missed and always remembered by everyone he leaves behind.
A Private Family Service will be held. Interment in the Cardston Cemetery.
