FRANCES GALE BIRD-CUTTER, was born August 10, 1962 and called home to the heavens above, on February 8, 2023 at the age of 60 years old in Calgary, AB and carried by angels into the arms of God.
She leaves to mourn her loving family. Her baby girl Camilla “Sissy” Cutter (Robyn Arndt) and her baby boy Tony Cutter as well as her loving sisters, Jessie Calftail, Doris Bird (Ronald Good Rider), Maureen, Doreen and her loving brothers, Gary Bird (Joyce Bird), Henry Bird (Rose Marie Low Horn), and her crazy twin Wilfred Bird; her adopted family from the United States Waylon American Horse and the American Horse family from Standing Rock, North Dakota.
She was born and raised in Cardston, AB and stayed in Moses Lake with her family until she met and married the love of her life Francis Cutter and moved to Gliechen and resided there until his passing.
She joins her husband Francis Cutter and her son Matthew (Tuffy) Cutter as well as her parents Bill and Annie Bird; her brothers Winston Bird and Rex Bird; her sisters Beulah Bird, and Freda Bird; her nephews Virgil Bird, Thomas Oka, Travis Bird, Sheldon Bird, Billie Joe Bird, her niece Annie Bird. She will be so happy to be with all her family in heaven.
A Wake Service will be held at the Moses Lake Gym, Blood Reserve on Friday, February 24 from 6:00 - 11:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at the Moses Lake Gym on Saturday, February 25 at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in the Blood Band Cemetery.
