Nicole, or best known as Nikki was born in Cardston, AB on February 22, 1985. Nikki grew up in the Levern Community on the Blood Reserve. She had attended the Levern Elementary School; she then went onto Tatsikiisap’op Middle School. Nikki grew up in the Levern Community with her loving parents Ernest Healy and Joyce Gros Ventre Boy. Always playing outside with all her brothers and sisters when grandma Cecilia came to visit. She always talked about the fun and “crazy times”. She would say “chee, I wish I was still young running around the woods!”
Nikki was smart, who would often bring home awards from school and her dad would proudly put them on the wall. He was proud of her. She was a daddy’s girl. Nikki met Denver Hind Bull in 1998. They had two beautiful children, Karl Tallow; whom was a “Mama’s Boy” and Taneesha Tallow; whom was “baby girl.” She loved and cherished them with her All. She did everything she can possibly do for them. In 2020, Her miracle came: Cassie Tamia Joyce Lynn Shouting. Her children were her pride and joy. Loved them with every piece of her. Her greatest achievements!
Nikki had many cousins and friends throughout her life, who became family. You can always see her having fun and laughing with whomever she was with. Nicole was very passionate about the things she wanted; She set her mind and there was no stopping her. She would often get scolded because she was bold! She was tough and strong, so she often spoke her mind; hence the scolding. Her heart was true and never allowed mistreatment of anyone. But Nikki had a very loving and forgiving heart. Her hugs meant the world and she could capture all the negativity and turn it in complete love! Once Nikki had you with her smile, That was it. You became family. Her caring way is what captured you. Nikki was faced with many obstacles, endured many hardships and persevered through them all. All the scars is why her nieces called her the toughest and strongest woman they knew. Her silliness and her laughter, her never-ending full of energy, her joking and teasing way is what she leaves vivid in our memories. Her beauty, courage, strength and humour is what her sisters and rest of all her family will miss the most, But all will never be forgotten.
Nicole was predeceased by her father, Ernest Healy; her brothers, Curtiss Healy, Andy and Huskey Gros Ventre Boy; her sisters, Tina Good Rider and Ernestine Healy; her uncles, John J.
