It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother,wife, sister, auntie, niece, Angie Olivia Shot Both Sides who passed away on April 4, 2023 at the age of 45 years old.
Angie is survived by her husband Sam Hairy Bull, daughter; Tristan Shot Both Sides, her son; Justin Shot Both Sides. Her sister; Tanya Gros Ventre Boy: her brothers; Charles Shot Both Sides, Randall (Jaunita) Morning Owl, Timothy (Sharisse) Morning Owl. Angie is also survived by her four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins .Uncles: Wesley (Noreen) Gros Ventre Boy, Dean Gros Ventre Boy, Elvis Shot Both Sides. Aunties; Carolyn Gros Ventre Boy, Vicky Day Chief, Colleen Shot Both Sides.
Angie has made her journey to her heavenly home to be joined with her family who have gone before her. Her parents; Randy Gros Ventre Boy and Doris Shot Both Sides, Paternal Grandparents Beattie and Ruby Gros Ventre Boy; Maternal Grandparents Clovis and Delphine Shot Both Sides. Uncles: Gabriel Gros Ventre Boy, Randolphe Gros Ventre Boy, Calvin Shot Both Sides, Delbert Shot Both Sides. Aunties: Clara Crying Head, Judy Gros Ventre Boy, Brett Gros Ventre Boy, Joyce Shot Both Sides. Two grandchildren.
Angie had a smile that could light up any room and a contagious laugh. She had a humorous personality and was always making everyone laugh.
Angie attended school at the Lavern Elementary, Glenwood Junior High and Kainai High School.
She loved and cared for her family with all her heart. She went out of her way to help others and anyone in need. She could always be counted on when her family needed her.
Angie will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her. Her memory will be carried on in our hearts.
A Wake Service will be held at Senator Gladstone Hall, Blood Reserve on Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 7:00 - 11:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at Senator Gladstone Hall, Blood Reserve on Friday April 21, 2023 at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in Blood Band Cemetery.
