The family of RANDAL ROY SMITH, are so sad to announce his sudden peaceful passing on Monday, January 4, 2021 at the age of 73 years. Randy is survived by his loving wife, Valerie; his children, Kandice (Kevin), TJ (Thea) and his special granddaughter Kynsli.
