WADE ALLAN WOOD, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Sunday December 17, 2017 at the farmhouse southeast of Coaldale, Alberta, after an extended period of illness and failing health.
Wade was born in Edmonton, Alberta on June 22, 1968. He is survived by his wife Billie Jo Sippola, and his three brothers Neil (Neil Grant Wood), Jim (James Reed Wood), Dan (Daniel Kenneth Wood), and his step father George (George Edward Smillie). He is predeceased by his father Grant (Kenneth Grant Wood) who passed away on February 1, 1989, and his mother Colleen Marie Smillie (Watson) who passed away on July 3, 2014. Although Wade experienced many challenges and disappointments in his life, his friendly and likeable personality will be missed by all who knew him.
