It brings us great sadness to announce the passing of our dear sister, mother, aunt, niece, and cousin, CHELSEA EDNA ACROSS THE MOUNTAIN.
Chelsea was born on February 14, 1994, in Lethbridge, Alberta, to the late Jillian Across The Mountain and Arnold Healy. She was raised by her aunt and uncle, Domonic and Cathrine Cross Child / Across The Mountain. Chelsea passed away suddenly on June 9, 2025, in Calgary, Alberta.
Chelsea enjoyed long walks, riding her bike, and diamond painting. She loved doing crafts and had recently resumed her passion for beading and leather making. Chelsea was always styling her purses—many of which she made herself.
Chelsea is survived by her daughter, Arieal Across The Mountain; her siblings: Darcy Morning Owl, Beverly Mills, Crystal Across The Mountain, and Melanie Across The Mountain; and her nieces: Tielynn, River, and Harley. She is also survived by her uncle, Gilbert Across The Mountain.
Chelsea was predeceased by her parents, Jillian Across The Mountain and Arnold Healy; her siblings, Montey Healy and AJ Forsythe; and her grandparents, Willie Eagle Child and Elizabeth Across The Mountain. She was also preceded in death by numerous uncles and aunts from both the Across The Mountain and Healy families.
Chelsea will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her beautiful soul.
