Corene had a love for music and made sure all of her children had the opportunity to learn the piano. She loved to sing and would often make up songs to go along with life situations. Her skills in quilting, crocheting, knitting, needle point and sewing made many gifts of love. Her cookies and bread were favourites. Every Christmas she would make homemade chocolates and this recipe has now gone worldwide. Corene was consistent in having family home evening, family scripture and prayer. She always had a loving smile to everyone who entered her home. She dedicated her life to serving her Heavenly Father, Savior Jesus Christ, husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
