Tina Marie Bad Arm passed away peacefully at Lethbridge Regional Hospital on January 10, 2026, at the age of 58. She was born on January 29, 1967, to Adaline Mills (Bad Arm) and the late Dan Bad Arm. Her grandparents were Grace Bullchild-Mills and Willie Mills, and her great-grandmother was Paula Black Horse (predeceased).
Tina is survived by her brother, Dennis Bad Arm, and was predeceased by her siblings Valorie, Valence, Ester, Perline, Adolphus “Tiny Man”, Pernell and Nelson.
Tina attended day school on the Blood Tribe Indian Reservation before moving to Taber, where she completed Grade 12. She was very active and loved sports, especially kickboxing and hockey. Throughout her life, she held numerous jobs across Alberta.
Tina was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and caring friend. She cherished being close to her family and friends and had too many friends to name. She stayed in close contact with her children, grandchildren, relatives, and friends, always showing respect when visiting their homes. Tina was known for her warm smile, great sense of humor, and positive spirit. She rarely showed her hardships and was often more concerned about the well-being of others. She gave everyone nicknames and loved to joke in a lighthearted way, brightening the day of everyone she met and bringing happiness wherever she went.
Tina Marie Bad Arm will be deeply and sadly missed by all who knew and loved her, especially her immediate family, children, grandchildren, brother, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Family names include Mills, Bad Arm, Black Horse, Williams, Hunt, Plain Woman, Bull Calf, Blood, and Bull Child. The family sincerely apologizes for any names that may have been missed.
A wake service will be at Moses Lake Community Hall, Blood Reserve, Alberta on Wednesday January 28, 2026 from 6:00 - 11:00 pm. The Funeral service will also be held at Moses Lake Community Hall on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 12:00 pm. Interment to follow at Blood Band Cemetery.
