Born April 2, 1974 in Calgary, Alberta. Passed away on Nov. 5, 2020 in Vancouver, B.C. at the age of 46. He was a loving father to his daughter, Lakota Jody Sunrize, whom he loved and cherished very much.
He also leaves behind his father, Teddy (Lucille) Ayoungman. His siblings, brothers: JR Dodging Horse (Vancouver), Tyson Wright (Siksika), Steve and Timothy Dodging Horse (Calgary). Sisters: Andrea Dodging Horse (Vancouver), Natasha (Candace) Calf Robe-Ayoungman, Ashley (Travis) Wright, Hannah Wright-Ayoungman (Siksika), T.J. Wadsworth (Vancouver). Uncle: Matthew (Georgina) Ayoungman (Siksika). Aunts: Delphine (Gary) Righthand, Cheryl and Marcella Dodging Horse (Tsuu T’ina), Elaine (Rod) Clifton, Vivian (Phil) Beaumont, Angeline and Tina Ayoungman (Siksika). Great Uncles: Max Wadsworth, Winston (Marie) Wadsworth, Stephen (Camilia) Wadsworth, Bryan Wadsworth (Blood Tribe). Great Aunts: Anne Marie (Bruce) Wolf Child (Blood Tribe), Karen and Jean Dodging Horse (Tsuu T’ina). Special Nephews: Ocean and Ryan Wadsworth. * He will be greatly missed by his many “Brothers and Sisters” and numerous family and friends. Especially his nephews and nieces whom he’d do anything for.
** He enjoyed Powwows, going to concerts, golfing, listening to music, watching sports and just “chilling” with his family and friends.
A Wake Service will be held at Legacy Funeral Home, Cardston on Friday, November 27th from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Legacy Funeral Home on Saturday, November 28th at 11:00 a.m. Interment in the St. Paul’s Cemetery.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions all gatherings will be limited to 10 people.
