NATASHA LEE HAIRY BULL
‘First Paint Woman’ was called home on October 29, 2016 at the age of 32.
Natasha was a wonderful young lady that was loved, is missed, and will always be cherished. She was an amazing mother, daughter, sister, auntie and friend.
Natasha’s journey began July 17, 1984 and a blessing to her parents; father Gordon Black Face and mother, the late Bertha Hairy Bull. Also, Step-father Homer Young Pine.
Tasha was the proud mother to her pride and joys: Leshaye and Cyanne.
Her daughters were the loves of her life and she was very proud of their amazing beauty.
Natasha adored and cherished her siblings: Leanne (Medric), Heather (Byron), Tamara (Jim), Cheryl (Tyson), Elita and Renate Good Striker and brothers: Gilbert (Jessica) and Coy Black Water. Godson, Jagger Eagle Plume and adopted sister, Vivian Red Crane and Melissa Holy Singer. Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
Grandmother: Maud Black Face. Aunties: Mary (Mike) Weasel Head, Barbara (Gilbert) Weasel Fat, Mary Louise (Norbert) Fox. Uncles: David (Evelynn) Striped Wolf and Phillip Hairy Bull.
Natasha attended school in Fort Macleod, Raymond and Lethbridge. She graduated from Cardston High School. Her journey continued and she obtained a Health Care Aide Certificate. She obtained employment at Edith Cavelle Care Center in Lethbridge and Lakeview in Cardston. She ventured to Scotiabank in Standoff as a teller and enjoyed greeting customers.
As a child, she possessed a contagious smile and an entertaining sense of humour. Throughout her life she maintained a sweet and simple demeanor that won the hearts of many, especially her adopted children: Jagger, Chantell, Kaydence, Katlynn, and Jayden – who even now are being changed because of her constant nurturing love.
Family and Friends were Natasha’s passion and delight. She always greeted her nephews & nieces with a warm smile and by calling them “My Boy or My Girl.”
Natasha spiritual journey began by making her search. Also, by joining the Brave dog Society.
With a real zest for life, Natasha expressed her artistic capabilities by drawing and writing poetry. She loved to play cards and listen to her favourite band “Nirvana”.
Loved ones that have journeyed before her and will be welcoming Natasha is her Mother, Bertha Hairy Bull. Brother Gordon Wolf Child Jr.; Grandfathers: George Black Face and Lawrence Hairy Bull. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Blood Reserve on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 11:00 pm.
