PHYLLIS LEAVITT, beloved wife of the late LaMont Leavitt, passed away peacefully in Cardston, Alberta, on October 17th, 2023 at the age of 101 years. She is survived by her children, Roger (Wendy) Leavitt, Kelly (Linda) Leavitt, Larry (Carolyn) Leavitt, Dave (LeAnn) Leavitt, Renee (Bob) Quinton, a son-in-law, Jim Johansen, and a daughter-in-law, Linda Leavitt. Beside her husband she was predeceased by a daughter, Marsha Johansen, a son, Paul Leavitt, a daughter-in-law, Linda Leavitt, and a grandson Chase Leavitt.
The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 28th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Temple Street Chapel, Cardston. Friends may meet the family from 12:00 Noon to 12:45 p.m. prior to the Service.
