DOREEN MARY LEHMAN, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2024 in Lethbridge, Alberta at the age of 81 years.
She is survived by her son, Greg; daughter, Lori (Randy) Whillans; grandchildren, Jessica, Holly, and Bobbi; great grandchildren, Jadie, Jace, and Harper; brother, David (Stephanie) Leavitt; and close friends Razia and Abby. She is predeceased by her husband, Don, and son Bill.
Doreen’s love for travel took her around the world, and she always said she wanted to “see over the next hill.” Some of her favourite memories were from her time in Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu, where she and Don spent two years volunteering. Another highlight was a trip to India that was gifted by Razia.
The family would like to thank the Palliative Care Unit at St. Michael’s Health Centre for their care and support.
A MEMORIAL SERVICE for Doreen will be held on Saturday, September 7 at 11:00 am in the Leavitt Cemetery, Leavitt, AB.
