Shyla attended school at Nicholas Sheran Community School, Father Leonard Van Tighem School and St. Martha’s Elementary School. Shyla loved going to school where she made many friends. Shyla was a beautiful shy little girl, but once she got to know you, she opened up and became your best friend or your nemesis. Shyla was so close to her family who spoiled her rotten especially her brother Jade and uncle Jamie who were at her beck and call, however sometimes Jade would get a little jealous and try win a fight with her but always lost because Shy was a mamma’s girl. Every Christmas she would get gifts from everyone that loved her especially from her great auntie Evelyn, she was never forgotten from anyone. As a little sweet girl, Shyla loved playing with her toys and dressing up in her princess dresses with her little friend Mia. When Shyla was born her hair was so full and black which she quickly grew into with a love for wearing headbands, her mom was always dressing her baby girl in the cutest outfits even if it meant stealing clothes from Haley and Cammi’s babies because Shyla was so tiny as a baby. Shyla was nicknamed Shyla Beans by her mom, one day her mom called her “SHYLA BEANS” since that day the name stuck, Shyla also loved her books; she would make her mom read to her before she went to bed. Shyla was so lucky in the month of December because of her birthday than shortly after Christmas. Shyla was loved and spoiled by her dad Alvin whom often called her “crazy critter”, she had her dad wrapped around her tiny fingers. When Shyla was in gymnastics and ballet she really enjoyed herself and was so proud. Shyla was a jolly little girl, at home she was always dancing and skipping around, She was so cute, her being so shy and so quiet made her so special to her family, she was always hiding behind her mom. Shyla really loved her mom and her dad Alvin. Her parents were her whole world. Shyla is loved by everyone that knew her. As young as Shyla was her company was always enjoyable especially to her cousin Ashford who really enjoyed hanging out with Shyla beans. It is going to be hard living without her. She touched each and everyone’s heart. Shyla may you now rest easy and fly high to heaven to be with Grandma Edith and Grandpa George and Grandma Eva and Grandpa Buster and Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
