It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our loving brother, uncle and friend
JAMES EDWARD OLSON (BOB). He was born in Lethbridge on December 25, 1966 to Gordon and Shirley Olson and passed away on February 14, 2018 in Cardston Alberta at the age of 51. He is predeceased by his parents Gordon and Shirley Olson and his grandparents Helen and Andrew Olson. He is survived by his three brothers and one sister, Gordon Olson Junior (3 nieces, 2 nephews), Robert Wayne Olson (1 niece, 3 nephews), Brian Olson (2 nephews!, 1 niece), and Sharon Earl (3 nieces) James had no children of his own but was loved by many.
Bob enjoying the outdoors, he loved his many trips to Waterton every year. He also loved his road trips on the cowboy trail and stopping at the bar-u-ranch and the heartland restaurant in Okotoks. Bob was a caring, and a giving person as he thought of others. He will forever be missed and loved by many.
The Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, South Hill Chapel, on Tuesday, February 20th, at 1:00 p.m. Friends may meet the family at the church from 12:00 to 12:45 pm prior to the service.
