(INGA) PEARL GREEP PERRY, age 94, passed away peacefully in Raymond, AB on Monday, December 26th, 2016, with her family by her side.
Pearl was born in Raymond, AB on April 9, 1922, to Stan and Tilda Greep. She was the oldest of five children. She is predeceased by her parents; her husband Albert; and her sisters Mary Greep Powlesland and Ilene Greep; and granddaughter Amanda.
She leaves to mourn her sons, Gary (Sandra) Perry of Fort Macleod, Ken (Patty) Perry of Fort Macleod, Doran (Shirley) Perry of Magrath, a sister Margaret Hall of Raymond, and a brother Stan (Carmen) Greep of California.
She grew up in Raymond, AB. Pearl met and married Albert Perry on January 31st, 1942. Together they mixed farmed in Del Bonita until they retired in Magrath.
Pearl served in LDS church callings, particularly in the Primary. She had a special love for cooking and especially baking. Pearl and Albert loved visiting with family and friends over the years.
She was lovingly cared for this past year by the nurses and staff of Raymond Hospital.
The Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, GARDEN PLACE CHAPEL (170 North Centre Street), in Magrath, Alberta, on Thursday, December 29th at 10:00 a.m. Friends may meet the family from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. prior to the service.
