Our beloved Jessie Wilford Troy Small Eyes was called away to our heavenly home on August 3 2022 in Standoff AB. Jess entered this world on August 6 1989 in Lethbridge AB. to Angelene Twigg (Hunt) and the late Eric Small Eyes. He grew up in Standoff and attended school on the reserve: Saipoyi Elementary School, Tatsikiisaapo’p Middle School and Kainai High School. Although he had his disabilities he still enjoyed life. Jessie loved to go shopping for DVDs. There was always a certain movie/classic he was searching for or a new release he couldn't wait to get his hands on. He had a love for horror/zombie movies and was anxiously awaiting the release of Prey. He would’ve loved Sarii (the dog). Jessie enjoyed going to the market for lunch and buying his nieces and nephews munchies. They could always count on a gift from Uncle Jessie when birthdays or Christmas rolled around. He was awesome like that. Our brother had a huge heart and cared for all.
He is survived by his mom Angelene, stepdad Robert, Twigg , sisters Karalee , Erika (Corey) and Angel , his brothers Justin (Tanya) , Donovan, Lewis, Eric (Theresa) . Great uncle Patrick Long Time Squirrel, uncle Allen Hunt, aunts Evangeline Wells, Linda Dog Taking Gun from Heart Butte Mt. , great aunts Odile Day Chief and Bernadette Young Pine, nephews Jeziah , Blake, Bentley, Derik, Mason, Jareth,Boss,Tayshawn, Kaiden nieces, Kaylin, Kobe, Jordin, Madison, Zoe, Kasha, Kali,Kassi,Charnelle, Shania, Tyra. A great uncle to Aliyah, Rhonda, and Lane twigg, the late Irene Small Eyes family, and of course his faithful dog Jack.

Bert Hunt, Dennis Wells,, great aunt Eunice Wells from Heart Butte, Mt. and Camellia Wadsworth, nephew Justin Small Eyes Jr., cousins Rosanna Wells from Heart Butte, Mt. ,Alana Hunt. The Wake Service will be held on Monday, August 15 at White Calf Hall, Stand Off from 7:00 - 11:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at White Calf Hall on Tuesday, August 16 at 1:00 pm.
