Sam Akyris Joseph Smalleyes

Born June 13, 2026 at Lethbridge Regional Hospital. Sam's life was taken to short, he made his Journey on June 19. He is survived by mother Jordyn Bruised Head, father Darren Smalleyes jr. siblings: Xavier, Taahlia, Dreakko, Ari, Tianna, Aalani, baby Darren.
His grandparents, great grandparents, his many uncles, aunties, and his many cousins.

He had such a big family waiting for him to come home but God had chosen another path for our baby boy Sam.

A Wake Service will be held at Moses Lake Community Hall, Blood Reserve, Alberta on Sunday, June 28 from 5:00 – 11:00 pm. The Funeral Service will also be held at Moses Lake Community Hall on Monday, June 29 at 11:00 am. The interment will follow in Small Eyes Cemetery, Blood Reserve.
