SORENSEN
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear daughter, CHARLY ANGEL. Charly was born in Lethbridge, Alberta on October 27th, 1985. She is survived by her parents Darcy and Cheryl Bevans and siblings: Michelle Fox, Jamaal Fox, Nicole Durupt (Jonathon), Michael Fox, and Camille Knoles, stepbrothers Nathaniel, Travis (Jessie), Shaun (Kelti), Terence (Victoria), Ryan (Julie), Kyle (Ashley), and stepsister Maraea (Michael)Wilkins. Charly loved her nephews and nieces; Gracie, Maia, Dominic, Maxim, Walker, and Freda. She loved to spend time with them and spoil them with treats. Charly was blessed to have so many people in her life including Grandma (Freda Beazer) and Grandma Pet (Georgette Fox) as well as Gifford Fox and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Charly was born a member of the Blood Tribe First Nations, to her birth mother Shelley Crazy Bull. She will be remembered by her siblings Leah and Nicole and is predeceased by Carmen, Sonny, and Cameron. The family would like to thank those who helped care for our beautiful daughter: Dr. Kellerman and staff, all those at PEAK, Lethbridge City Police, Sage Clan, Streets Alive, ARCHES, and to everybody who played such an important part in her life. Charly will always be remembered for her hilarious sense of humor and gut splitting stories. Her laugh was contagious and her smile infectious. All who knew Charly has a story to tell. She lived her life on her own terms and was fiercely loyal to her family and to those she loved. Charly cared nothing about earthly possessions, instead, she was thoughtful, kind, forgiving, and cared for the less fortunate.Although Charly has left us for a short time, she will never be forgotten. As her favorite rapper once said, she is ” the rose that grew from concrete” (Tupac).
A Viewing will be held at Legacy Funeral Home, Cardston on Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. (Due to COVID-19 - Only 20 guests will be allowed in the building at a time.)
