It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Mary Jo (MJ) White Man Left at her home on the Blood Reserve at the tender age of 32 years old.
Mary Jo was born at the Cardston Municipal Hospital to the Late Lori Plaited Hair and Calvin (Keshia) White Man Left on September 24,1991
Mary Jo is the mother to her 3 pride and joys Galena Rosie, Julius Michael, Emma Jayde her special niece Urcula whom she loved and took as her own.
Mary Jo became a mother at a young age and we all knew at the time she would be a wonderful and devoted mom to her children. Each of her siblings, nieces and nephews held a special place in her heart. She loved making memories with all who crossed paths with her by making videos, taking pictures but most of all by just spending time, precious time with all the littles, friends & family. MJ became a wonderful cook and can whip up a big pot of hangover soup, any way she could and would make delicious frybread for her family. MJ had a heart of gold and would not hesitate to help anyone in anyway she could. She loved braiding her niece Urcula’s hair in different pretty braids. Chaddy baby brother often got discouraged waiting for his turn, for his hair to be braided. MJ loved and cared for her siblings and would do what she can to help them in anyway, whether it be babysitting, a listening ear, a shoulder to lean and cry on, or just hang out. MJ and Christy were the two out of the gang that got into mischief from babies to adults. If they were out being bad and you saw Christy you know MJ was not far behind. MJ was the bravest by being the first to come home and face Dad. Dad was most happy when they were home safe, home was her safe place.
Mary Jo had quiet a demeaner, she was shy friendly and had a smile that could brighten the whole room. She was a very welcoming person, she would not hold a grudge when you and her did wrong but smile and go on with her day. She had a wonderful gift for writing beautiful poems and always kept a journal. Her love for music was fascinating she listen to R&B artist, Country to Rock & Roll. She often listened to moms favourite tunes when lonely and is now reunited with her, Lori is welcoming MJ into the kingdom where the roses never fade and the streets are gold. What a wonderful welcoming she will have.
